A couple of weeks ago Sandra and Chris took us out to Squamish to hike at the Stawamus Chief Provincial Park (http://www.stawamuschiefpark.ca/). We went to the second peak, which was approximately 650 m high.
At some points it got a bit tricky - we had to hang on to the chains
And it got kind of narrow. We had to climb a ladder here. Though Nick climbed up without the ladder.
But the sights were worth it
And of course for those of us who revel in heights...

What an energetic group of hikers! When Neale and I did the same trail in 1973, there were no chains. We didn't go as far but we used our bare hands to get up some of those rocks!
